Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Reports To: Outbound Sales Office Manager
Mission: To generate and close sales telephonically. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to promote our products to new and existing customers
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Promoting new and existing products
- Supporting promotional activities
- Understanding customer requirements and close sales
- Answer questions about products, pricing or the company
- Negotiate bulk or special package deals
- Accurately and efficiently enter / maintain customer records on the CRM tool
- Leasing with external field sales team and other departments as necessary
- Go the “extra mile” to meet and exceed sales targets and facilitate future sales
What we are looking for:
- Experience in sales / customer focused roles. Telephonic and B2B wholesale sales experience in an advantage
- A focus on meeting sales targets
- Excellent phone manners and communication skills
- Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues at various organisational levels, including senior management and director levels
- Ability to learn new processes and learn about new products
- Cool tempered and ability to handle rejection
- Be organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have a proactive “can-do” approach to tasks
- Ability and willingness to take ownership of your section
- Motivated and driven individual
