Department: Internal Key Account Manager - Sales

The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Key Account Manager to support and grow key customer accounts within our Brackenheath Briticent Lighting division. This role is office-based and focuses on managing customer relationships, driving sales activity, and supporting new product launches and promotions across the lighting range.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main internal point of contact.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and account reviews.
- Promote new product launches, core ranges, and promotional activity to maximise sales-out.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product and commercial solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing, and bulk or special deals.
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely updates on pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within the CRM system.
- Work closely with external field sales and internal teams (product, marketing, supply chain) to ensure a joined-up account approach.
- Support sales forecasting and reporting against agreed KPIs.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
