Project Overview
White City Living is a landmark mixed-use regeneration scheme by Berkeley Homes, comprising multiple high-rise residential towers delivered in phases. Phase 3, completed in 2025, featured a blend of high-end private apartments and affordable housing units. Deta was the specified supplier for this phase and continues its involvement in Phase 4 under an ongoing specification agreement with Berkeley Homes.
The development includes private apartments priced between £635,000 and £970,000, and Penthouse apartments valued up to £3,000,000, reflecting its premium positioning in the London residential market.
Product Specification & Design Collaboration
Working closely with Berkeley’s interior design team, Deta supplied Black Nickel Ultra Screwless wiring accessories as the primary finish throughout the apartments. In select areas, these were complemented by Slimline accessories to enhance the design aesthetic. Each apartment was fitted with approximately 45 accessories, ensuring a cohesive, high-spec finish aligned with the development’s luxury standards.![]()
Supply Chain & Manufacturing Solutions
A key challenge was that the Black Nickel Ultra Screwless plate was not part of Deta's standard range. However, Deta was well equipped to meet the large quantity requirements quickly and to the requested specifications.
Toward the end of Phase 3, the contractor experienced SKU shortages. Deta responded swiftly by:
