Deta will be carrying out a stock take during the week commencing Monday 20th April. During this period, there will be some important changes to our order processing, collections and returns services, and the following cut-off dates will apply:
Deta, Deta.e, Vimark, Tower, Timeguard, Channel, Brackenheath, Briticent and TTE (Conduit Fittings)
Orders placed before 12h00 on Wednesday 22nd April will be despatched prior to the stock take, with deliveries starting again from Monday 27th April.
TTE (Conduit Tube)
Orders placed before 12h00 on Monday 20th April will be despatched prior to the stock take, with deliveries starting again from Wednesday 22nd April.
Collections Counter
The collections counter will be closed from 12h00 on Wednesday 22nd April and will reopen at 08h00 on Friday 1st May.
Customer Returns
Any approved customer returns will need to be physically received before 17h00 on Wednesday 15th April, otherwise thereafter from Monday 27th April.
