We are now able to report that an unexpected and intermittent service outage to the Timeguard “Supply Master” and “Programastat Plus” Apps over the last few days has been resolved and a normal service for both Android and IOS App users has been restored.
We appreciate how frustrating this will have been, and whilst users will have been able to use the manual override feature to regain control of the Smart products affected, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. As always, we will continue to work hard to regain your loyalty and trust in the long established and market leading Timeguard range of Smart controls.
