Timeguard Makes a Big Splash at ELEX Coventry - 11th to 12th September 2025
What a fantastic two days it's been for Timeguard at ELEX Coventry! Our stand at CBS Arena was buzzing with contractors eager to get hands-on with our latest innovations, and the team couldn't have been more pleased with the response.
Circuit Protection Takes Center Stage
The star of the show was undoubtedly our brand new Circuit Protection range – a major milestone that marks Timeguard's expansion into an exciting new product category. This launch represents months of development work, and seeing contractors' reactions made all that effort worthwhile.
Paul, Graham and Peter from our sales team, working alongside Circuit Protection product manager David, were kept busy throughout both days as contractors queued up to learn more about this game-changing range. The quality and innovation really spoke for itself, with many visitors commenting on how this could transform their approach to circuit protection projects.
The technical conversations throughout both days showed contractors were already thinking about how to integrate this into their work, with many commenting on the quality and potential they could see in what we've created.

Solar PV1000 Draws the Crowds
Our Solar PV1000 was another major draw, with contractors spending significant time at the stand getting properly acquainted with the product. What really brought it to life was our new product demo video created by Efixx – seeing contractors watch the video and then immediately get hands-on with the actual product was brilliant.
The combination of visual demonstration and tactile experience proved incredibly effective, with Paul, Graham and Peter able to walk contractors through real-world applications while they had the product right in front of them.

The Power of Face-to-Face Demonstrations
There's something irreplaceable about trade shows when it comes to product launches. While digital marketing and online content are essential, nothing beats the immediate feedback and genuine engagement you get when contractors can see, touch, and test products for themselves.
Throughout the two days, the conversations at our stand were technical, detailed, and exactly the kind of dialogue that leads to real business relationships. Contractors weren't just browsing – they were asking specific questions about installations, compatibility, and technical specifications.
Team Excellence Makes the Difference
Behind every successful trade show is a team that knows their products inside and out, and our Timeguard crew absolutely delivered. Paul, Graham, Peter and David brought their collective expertise to every conversation, whether it was explaining the technical details of Circuit Protection or demonstrating the Solar PV1000's capabilities.
The preparation showed too – from the perfectly wired demonstration boards (thanks to Malcolm and Harry from our technical team) to the eye-catching visuals created by our graphic designer Kim. And we can't forget Mark, Dylan and Jake from the warehouse team who loaded the vans, helped build everything at the venue, and then worked late Friday night breaking it all down again. Everything came together to create a stand that was both professional and genuinely engaging.
Looking Forward
We're heading home with contact details, follow-up conversations scheduled, and most importantly, genuine enthusiasm from the market for both our new Circuit Protection range and the Solar PV1000. The Efixx demo video proved to be a brilliant investment – we'll definitely be using that approach more in future demonstrations.
But this is just the beginning. Timeguard will be back at ELEX Sandown Racecourse in November, and we're already planning how to build on this success. With eight weeks to follow up on leads and prepare for the next show, we're confident that the momentum from Coventry will carry us forward.
The Circuit Protection launch exceeded our expectations, the Solar PV1000 continues to impress, and most importantly, our team showed exactly why Timeguard is trusted by contractors across the country. Roll on November!
