Department: Lighting, Fire & Safety (LFS) Sales Team
Location: Petersfield, Hampshire
Reports To: Internal Operations Manager
About the role:
- Working as part of our Internal Sales and Customer Service Team, delivering an excellent level of customer service
- Taking inbound calls, around 15-20 a day, from our customers within the Electrical Wholesale Industry
- Generating quotes, advising of lead times and following up
- Dealing with general email enquiries
- Processing orders to a high level of accuracy
- Working with the External Area Sales Managers to ensure we provide a great service to the customers
- Developing relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue

- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent attendance record
- Great communication skills across multiple channels
- A problem solver who takes ownership of enquiries and challenges
- A go getter with the ability to motivate themselves
- Good IT skills with a working knowledge of MS Office desirable
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
Other Information:
HOURS: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm with 1 hour lunch each day (39 hours week)
HOLIDAY: 25 days holiday plus 8 days Bank Holiday (3 days must be kept back for Christmas shutdown)
